Gregory M. Levy, is a shareholder of Kaufman, Rossin & Co. and a Director of KRFS. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants' (AICPA) Investment Company Expert Panel.

Mr. Levy is a leader in the Firm's investment company practice, and an authority on accounting for alternative investments. He has been with Kaufman, Rossin & Co. since 1992.

Mr. Levy is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.Ê He isÊa member of the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants and has served on its Board of Directors, and is also a member of the Illinois CPA Society. He has written and spoken widely on accounting matters for the investment industry, most recently at the Financial Research Associates' Effective Hedge Fund Tax Practices Conference in New York City. Mr. Levy received his Master of Business Administration degree from DePaul University in 1973. He received his Certificate in Applied Computer Technology in 1970 and his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree from Roosevelt University in 1969.
