The most extreme venture I've done: I surfed extreme ten to twelve foot waves in Costa Rica. The conditions were perfect and there were only three of us in the line-up.

When I started my KRFS Venture: I started with our sister firm, Kaufman, Rossin & Co., in 1993.

What my KRFS Venture entails: As a principal, I'm in charge of managing all aspects of the operations, which means I manage the teams and processes that allow us to provide exceptional client service.

My next extreme venture: This winter, I'm planning a camping trip in the Dry Tortugas. The fishing and diving will be the highlight. The Dry Tortugas is a national park composed of coral reefs and located about 70 miles west of Key West.

If I could be a champion athlete in any sport: Definitely surfing.

What makes the KRFS Venture so great for me: The people are excellent, the work is challenging, the environment is great and the growth potential is unlimited.

The most extreme venture I've done: I took a helicopter tour of the Grand Canyon and the Hoover Dam. The aerial views of these two "wonders of the world" were breathtaking.

When I started my KRFS Venture: I've been with the Firm since 2002 after graduating from UF - Go Gators!

What my KRFS Venture entails: I've recently been promoted to manager! Basically, I'm responsible for analyzing our inefficiencies and making them efficient. I work on taking day-to-day, repetitive tasks that require manual intervention and build systems to turn these tasks into automated functions. In addition, I build systems to import and export data from our Portfolio Accounting system which helps manage our data flow.

My next extreme venture: I just finished a hiking trip up to Machu Picchu. I went with my fiancée who is from Peru, so was lucky enough to have somewhat of a guided tour. I'm still brainstorming for my next extreme venture.

If I could be a champion athlete in any sport: I've always wanted to play center court at Wimbledon.

What makes the KRFS Venture so great for me: Management knows that the employees are their number one asset. That's why we have so many perks like our gym and massage therapist - it helps us relieve stress and have a healthy life/work-style. Management also understands the value of technology. We all have dual computer monitors, state of the art systems and the best "tools of the trade." There is a true family atmosphere here and you feel it as soon as you walk through the doors!

The most extreme venture I've done: I visited a village in Nigeria, West Africa. The village didn't have electricity or running water. What they did have was 100+ degree Fahrenheit temperatures.

When I started my KRFS Venture: I started with the Firm in early 2007.

What my KRFS Venture entails: I'm a semi-senior on the "Energy" team. I produce net asset values of specific hedge funds for a given period. I also produce statements that let the investors know what their net asset value is.

My next extreme venture: This year for my birthday, I'm planning a hiking trip through the rain forests in Costa Rica (I'll take lots of pictures).

If I could be a champion athlete in any sport: Fencing, which I do or Capoeira, which I'm currently trying to pick up. For those of you who don't know what Capoeira is, it's a Brazilian fight-dance.

What makes the KRFS Venture so great for me: Besides all the extras, I really like the management. They provide so much support for us. Besides helping me learn my job, they helped me build character. They've created an environment that helped me adjust by providing emotional well being and pushed me to the highest level of experience - all this while allowing me to be myself.
