Keith S. Sharkey

Keith Sharkey is a co-founder and Director of Kaufman Rossin Fund Services and serves as Director for KRFS Cayman. In addition, he is a principal with Kaufman, Rossin & Co. and has been with the Firm family since 1986.

His diverse experience in the financial services practice ranges from broker-dealers in securities and commodities to investment companies and mutual funds throughout the international securities markets. He has been auditing and providing fund administration for funds in the United States for over 20 years and currently leads KRFS in providing fund administration services as well as providing guidance to Kaufman Rossin and Co's hedge fund audit practice.

Keith graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Florida. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
