Brett Logan

Brett Logan has been with Kaufman Rossin Fund Services since 2007 and is a manager in the fund accounting department. As the KRFS Risk Officer, he identifies and advises on matters of risk to senior management and clients. As the General Counsel, he reviews and comments on client's fund formation and offering documents.

He is admitted to the Bar in the state of New York and is certified as an Authorized House Counsel by the Florida Bar. He has held the FINRA series 7, 14, 24, 25 and 63 licenses.

Brett earned his Bachelor's degree at Florida State University and his Juris Doctorate from Tulane Law School.
